Helene V. Fall had a long and fulfilling career in municipal management administration in New Jersey prior to her retirement. A graduate of Douglass College – Rutgers University (BA) and Fairleigh Dickinson University (MPA), she is a Certified Public Manager in New Jersey.
Mrs. Fall is married to FB Fall, has two stepchildren and four grandchildren. After spending many summers boating on the East End, the Falls moved here full-time in retirement. She has been a member of the Eastern Long Island Hospital (ELIH) Auxiliary since 2011.
Through the end of 2025, Mrs. Fall, contributed 16,000 volunteer hours to the ELIH Auxiliary. She is president of the ELIH Auxiliary, interim chair of Volunteer Services, and serves as the chair of the Car/Cash Giveaway and Dream Green Extravaganza Auxiliary fundraisers.
As ELIH Auxiliary President, Mrs. Fall is a member of the ELIH Association Board, the ELIH Foundation Board, and the SBELIH Joint Advisory Committee. She is a recipient of the Rotary Foundation’s Paul Harris Fellow Award, the US President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service and the hospital’s Theodore Roosevelt Award.
