Doreen Barr has a B.S. from Adelphi University Garden City and an M.A. from Ohio State University Columbus, OH. She has been part of the faculty and administration in New York and Connecticut. She has three children and six grandchildren. She and her husband purchased their first home in Southold in 1990 and have lived in Ohio, Florida, Connecticut, New York and Singapore. While spending summers on the North Fork with my parents, she came to understand the critical importance of having a professional, responsive, top-tier health care system that communities could trust and depend on. She has been part of the Donor Development Committee and Marketing Committee.
